Tony's House of Pain
Mondays to Friday (12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:30 PM, 7:30 PM)
Taught by former Canadian Heavyweight Champion Tony Morrison who holds the 1991 title. Tony’s House of Pain is a mix of boxing technique, functional training, HIIT training, weightlifting, and CrossFit, Tony will put you through a one-of-a-kind workout that you won’t find anywhere else.
Technical Boxing Class
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (6:00 PM), Saturday (12:00 PM)
In-ring prowess is derived not from bulk video game style button mashing, but an appreciation for the fundamental techniques honed through centuries of the sport. Rico is a Tactician of the highest order, and his attention to the smallest details of your boxing movements will have you moving with the slickness and sure footedness of the best of the best.
Competition Boxing Coaching

Rico’s Decade long traditional as competitive boxing coach and cornerman will be invaluable to compliment your commitment to the competitive sport of boxing. Rico’s hands-on work begins with the fundamentals, incorporating HIIT components, technique, pad work, and oversight during sparring.
Sweet Science of Boxing
Tuesday & Thursdays (7:00 AM-8:15 AM and 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM)
In this workshop, you will learn some of the fundamentals of boxing technique such as stance, pivoting, breathing, punching, footwork & movement, defense & combinations. You’ll also experience the conditioning that goes into preparing a boxer for competition. Skipping, speed drills, calisthenics, kettle-bells, weighted punching.
